Mathematical Software, Models and Permissions

Identify mathematical models, datasets, software, libraries, solvers and benchmark sources accurately, including versions and licences. Authors must have permission to use and redistribute third-party code, data, figures and test problems.

Describe model assumptions, discretization, parameterization, boundary and initial conditions, preprocessing, numerical precision and implementation choices. Modified or synthetic benchmarks must be identified clearly.
