Global Medical Discoveries (GMD) is a quarterly, online-only, peer-reviewed journal for rigorous research across clinical medicine, biomedical science, public health and translational discovery.

GMD publishes original research articles, systematic reviews and meta-analyses, clinical and laboratory studies, diagnostic and prognostic research, epidemiological studies, case reports, methods, protocols, research notes and short communications.

Manuscripts should define the research question and study design clearly, follow appropriate ethical and reporting standards, describe methods and analyses transparently, quantify uncertainty, report limitations and distinguish evidence from clinical interpretation. Articles are freely available under CC BY 4.0, with no submission fee or article processing charge.
