About the Journal

Comparative Religion Studies (CRS) is an English-language, online-only, quarterly, peer-reviewed and open-access journal for rigorous, respectful and interdisciplinary scholarship on religions and related forms of belief, practice and non-belief.

CRS publishes comparative, historical, textual, philosophical, anthropological, sociological and interdisciplinary research. It welcomes work on religious traditions, lived religion, ritual, ethics, institutions, material culture, interreligious relations, secularism and the changing public role of religion.

CRS charges no submission fee, article processing charge (APC), page charge, colour charge or publication fee.
