Identify data owners, access conditions, collection methods, sample construction, weighting, exclusions, missing-data treatment, variable definitions, units, price adjustments and transformations. Authors must have permission to use and publish data and instruments.

Describe theoretical and statistical models, estimation choices, diagnostics and departures from the preregistered or planned analysis. Tables and figures must present results without selective omission or misleading scaling.
