Engineering Materials, Software and Design Permissions

Identify materials, components, instruments, software and datasets with sufficient version, specification and provenance information. Authors must have permission to use and distribute third-party CAD models, drawings, images, standards extracts, software and data.

Describe fabrication, assembly, test specimens and processing. Figures and signals must not be selectively altered; filtering, smoothing, exclusions and image assembly should be disclosed.
