Identify instruments, detectors, facilities, materials, samples, datasets, software, simulation packages and external resources accurately, including versions, calibration information and licences where relevant.

Authors must have permission to use and redistribute third-party data, images, diagrams, code and facility outputs. Proprietary or restricted components should be identified and their effect on verification explained.
