Identify corpora, archives, recordings, texts, platforms and language resources with versions, licences and access conditions. Authors must have permission to reproduce audio, video, screenshots, messages, literary material and copyrighted examples.

Describe recording conditions, transcription, segmentation, annotation, translation, inter-annotator procedures and quality control. Remove or protect identifying information unless participants explicitly authorized recognition.
