Global Journal of Language and Communication Studies (GLCS) is a quarterly, online-only, peer-reviewed journal for rigorous research on language structure, language use, communication and meaning across communities and media.

GLCS publishes original research articles, reviews and theory articles, methods, corpus and resource papers, communication and media analyses, research notes and short communications in phonetics, phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse, sociolinguistics, psycholinguistics, applied linguistics, language acquisition, documentation, translation, intercultural and digital communication.

Manuscripts should identify languages, communities and communicative settings accurately, report data collection and analysis transparently, define transcription and translation conventions, and respect speakers, communities, privacy, cultural knowledge and data rights. Articles are freely available under CC BY 4.0, with no submission fee or article processing charge.
