Intelligent Computing Research (ICR) is a quarterly, online-only, peer-reviewed journal for rigorous research in computer science and intelligent systems.

ICR publishes original research articles, reviews, methods papers, systems papers, dataset and benchmark papers, and short communications in artificial intelligence, machine learning, data science, natural language processing, computer vision, intelligent agents, knowledge representation, optimization, robotics, cybersecurity, human-computer interaction, and distributed, cloud and edge computing.

Manuscripts should define the computing problem clearly, compare against meaningful baselines, report methods and evaluation transparently, and address reproducibility, privacy, fairness, security and limitations where relevant. Articles are freely available under CC BY 4.0, with no submission fee or article processing charge.
