Shraddha Gupta is pursuing a Ph.D. at CSVTU, Chhattisgarh. She earned an MBA from M.S. Ramaiah Institute of Management, Bengaluru, in 2014 and a B.Com. from St. Thomas College, Chhattisgarh, in 2012. She has served as an Assistant Professor at Bhilai Institute of Technology, Durg, since July 2015, with experience in teaching, research, curriculum development, student mentoring, and academic administration.
