Authors should read the aims and scope before submission. Manuscripts must be original, clearly written and not under review elsewhere.
State the strategic or organizational question, theoretical framework, research setting, unit of analysis and contribution clearly. Describe sampling, measures, data sources, field procedures and analytical methods in sufficient detail. Quantitative studies should report model specification, uncertainty, diagnostics and robustness. Qualitative studies should explain case selection, researcher position, coding, interpretation and evidentiary support.
Research involving employees, managers, customers, communities, confidential organizational records or interventions requires appropriate ethics review and informed consent where applicable. Protect participants from identification, retaliation or commercial harm, and disclose access arrangements and conflicts of interest.
Include a Data Availability Statement. Share anonymized data, instruments, coding frameworks, analysis code and documentation where lawful and ethical. Explain restrictions involving privacy, contractual confidentiality, proprietary information or commercial sensitivity.
Provide a separate title page and anonymized manuscript for double-blind review. Disclose funding, competing interests, author contributions and material use of generative AI.
