Authors should read the aims and scope before submission. Manuscripts must be original, clearly written and not under review elsewhere.
State the strategic or organizational question, theoretical framework, research setting, unit of analysis and contribution clearly. Describe sampling, measures, data sources, field procedures and analytical methods in sufficient detail. Quantitative studies should report model specification, uncertainty, diagnostics and robustness. Qualitative studies should explain case selection, researcher position, coding, interpretation and evidentiary support.
Research involving employees, managers, customers, communities, confidential organizational records or interventions requires appropriate ethics review and informed consent where applicable. Protect participants from identification, retaliation or commercial harm, and disclose access arrangements and conflicts of interest.
Include a Data Availability Statement. Share anonymized data, instruments, coding frameworks, analysis code and documentation where lawful and ethical. Explain restrictions involving privacy, contractual confidentiality, proprietary information or commercial sensitivity.
Provide a separate title page and anonymized manuscript for double-blind review. Disclose funding, competing interests, author contributions and material use of generative AI.

Strategic Management Frontiers (SMF) respects the privacy of authors, reviewers, editors, readers, research participants and registered users. The journal may collect names, affiliations, contact details, ORCID iDs, account information, submission and review records, correspondence and technical logs needed to operate and secure the journal.
Information is used to manage editorial work, publish accepted articles and metadata, maintain the scholarly record and meet ethical or legal obligations. Access to non-public material is limited to authorized people who require it for journal operations.
Authors must remove personal, employment, commercially sensitive or confidential organizational information that they are not authorized to publish. Interviews, internal records, performance data, customer information and identifiable workplace evidence must be handled according to consent, ethics, contractual duties and applicable law.
SMF does not sell personal information. Limited data may be processed by hosting, DOI, indexing, preservation, email or security services required to run the journal. Editorial records may be retained to document decisions and preserve research integrity. Privacy questions should be sent to the official contact address.
