International Journal of Visual Arts (IJVA) is an English-language, quarterly, peer-reviewed, open-access journal for research on painting, drawing, image-making, visual culture and related studio practices.

IJVA welcomes historical, critical, theoretical, technical, material and practice-led studies with clear methods and a substantial contribution to visual-arts knowledge.

IJVA uses Open Journal Systems (OJS) for submission and editorial management.

IJVA is published quarterly in March, June, September and December by Shodh Publishing, Piri Bazar, District Lakhisarai, Bihar 811112, India.

IJVA charges authors no submission fee, article processing charge (APC), page charge, colour charge or publication fee.
