Image Files, Documentation and Research Availability

Articles should include an Availability Statement identifying where image sets, contact sheets, metadata, field notes, interview records, code, editing logs or other supporting materials can be accessed.

When materials cannot be shared because of consent, privacy, copyright, contracts, cultural restriction, safety or location sensitivity, explain the limitation and any controlled-access process. Remove unnecessary embedded location and device metadata from public files.
