The policies listed here explain how CACS handles submissions, peer review, research ethics, access, copyright and changes to the published record. They apply to authors, reviewers, editors and the publisher.

Arts and cultural research may involve living participants, creative collaborators, communities, archives, museums, sacred or restricted knowledge and protected creative works. Authors must follow the relevant ethical, legal, cultural and custodial requirements and disclose restrictions that affect publication or reuse.
