Open Access and No-APC Policy

HAD provides immediate open access to published articles. Full text is available without subscription, registration or embargo.

Reuse is governed by the licence shown on each article. Under the standard CC BY 4.0 licence, readers may share and adapt the work with proper credit. Restrictions attached to specific third-party images, sensitive site data or culturally restricted material remain in force where they are identified.

There is currently no article processing charge. A future change to fees will be published before it applies to new submissions.
