About the Journal

Advances in Space and Astronomical Sciences (ASAS) is an English-language, online-only, quarterly, peer-reviewed and open-access journal for astronomy, astrophysics, planetary science and space research.

ASAS publishes observational, theoretical, computational and experimental studies, including work on the Solar System, stars, galaxies, cosmology, space physics, astronomical instrumentation, mission science and scientific data methods.

Submissions should present a well-defined question, a sound and reproducible method, appropriately calibrated evidence and a conclusion supported by the reported results. Published articles are available under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International licence.

ASAS uses Open Journal Systems (OJS) for submission and editorial management.

ASAS is published quarterly in March, June, September and December by Shodh Publishing, Piri Bazar, District Lakhisarai, Bihar 811112, India.

ASAS charges authors no submission fee, article processing charge (APC), page charge, colour charge or publication fee.
