Relevant material may include survey instruments, measurements, environmental or performance data, code, simulation settings, model documentation, protocols, drawings and source lists. Repository deposits should include a persistent link or identifier.
Privacy, building security, client confidentiality, cultural sensitivity, licensing and intellectual property may limit public sharing. The statement must explain the restriction and any controlled-access route.
Data, drawings and images must not be fabricated, selectively omitted or altered in a misleading way. Editors may request underlying records during review or after publication. Unexplained refusal or inability to support material findings may lead to rejection or post-publication action.
